Velux™ 3 is a programmable Short Wave Infrared (SWIR) signaling beacon. Constructed from a solid billet of aircraft aluminum, the Velux 3 cylinder walls are more than 2.5mm thick making the beacon virtually indestructible. This tremendous strength coupled with a watertight design make the Velux 3 superbly suited for water to land deployment and special forces operations.

Principally designed as an individual and K9 Combat Identification marker, the Velux 3 has also been used as a vehicle ID marker, and perimeter marker.

The Velux 3 transmits a fixed flash rate SWIR signal identical to the near IR signal transmitted by the Phoenix Jr. (NSN: 5855-01-438-4588). The Velux 3 signal is turned ON or OFF simply by rotating the beacons bezel. The Velux 3 beacon is powered by the CR123A battery and is offered in either a one or two battery versions. Optional magnetic and non magnetic mounting bases are also available for securing the beacon to rigid surfaces such as vehicles Velux 3 includes a 550 cord retention lanyard.

Shipping Policy

If you select a shipping option during checkout that does not include tracking you accept complete responsibility for the shipment. Cejay Engineering will not be responsible for items lost in transit if a non-tracked shipping method is used.

Orders placed within North America are shipped UPS from our Florida distribution center within 2 Business Days of receiving the order. In the event that UPS does not deliver to the shipping address (APO/FPO), orders will be shipped via US Mail.

International orders or orders requiring express shipping should be faxed to: + 1 + 603+880+8502. Faxed orders must include the product(s) being ordered, shipping address including phone and email, credit card number, expiration date, name on card, CSV code and billing address. Shipping will be calculated based on actual UPS charges to your shipping address from our Florida distribution center. If you would prefer shipping via US mail, please indicate so when ordering. All taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the receiver.
