james horscroft IMGP1162-thumbBetween March and May 2013, the "Xtreme Everest 2" medical research expedition to Everest Base Camp took place, which aimed to further our understanding of the effects of altitude on the human body. Cejay Engineering kindly donated a Fingerlight to each member of the Base Camp team, which proved to be incredibly useful. They were used in many ways: for hanging up in a tent on a dark night, lighting the way on an uneven surface of rock and ice, and they even allowed us to continue our experiments when the generators failed. I would recommend them highly for any camping, trekking and anything else in the great outdoors!
